Jim Broderick is a trustworthy, lifelong resident of the area. Having been born and bred in Thorold, he moved to St. Catharines in 1999 with his wife to be Therese.
Jim was licensed during a tough market in the late 1990's but found a way to get the job done and keep his numbers steady. Jim graduated from Niagara College with a Marketing diploma in 1995 and immediately went to work in his field at Maple Leaf foods out of Toronto. After several years with the company he felt that a change was in order. The real estate business was calling out to him.

Now in his 9^th year in the business, Jim has a firm foundation set in the business of Real Estate both as a Realtor and an investor.  Need advice on income producing property? Look no further.
